Teachers as Learners
Our teachers discover developmentally-appropriate ways to promote inquiry, creativity and reflection in the classroom. They research and experiment with strategies to encourage active participation and critical thinking. They meet, discuss and question how they can challenge and provoke their children to scale new heights of learning. Our teachers’ motivation to learn, to improve their practice and to inspire excellence is a key element of the success of the students at Magic Years.
Community of Learners
